Room with a View is the eighth install at The Wandering Rooms space at 99 Melbourne St. Set into play are the emotional attachments we have to space. Exploring environments through the lens of interior/exterior, and what is concealed or revealed in architecture and our bodies ...are artists Marlies Poeschl, Claire Robertson, Louis Robert and Bindii Thorogood.

Marlies Poeschl (Wien, Austria) explores the sentiment we attach to public space, shifting our perceptions of familiar environments. Clare Robertson, filming peoples houses inconspicuously, acting as a sort of secret agent, embraces peoples willingness to open up and trust their neighbours. Louis Robert explores the way humans react to commotion, the chain effect of gathering. Bindii Thorogood explores the relationship between body and the everyday world outside.

We warmly invite you to the opening of Room with a View, on Friday the 3rd of September, at 99 Melbourne St Southbank.
